Photos your team will actually want to see
The Christmas party is the one night the whole company is together and dressed up, and it's usually the photos from it that end up on the intranet, LinkedIn and the careers page for the year ahead. We've photographed London office Christmas parties since 2012, for law firms, banks and energy companies, in hotel ballrooms, museums, bars and bowling alleys.
Our style is candid and unobtrusive. Your photographer works the room quietly, catches people laughing rather than posing, and knows when to step in for a group shot. Guests relax because nobody is being herded, and that's why the photos look like a good night rather than a corporate function.
If you're planning a bigger celebration, our private party photography and corporate event photography pages show more of the work, and the guide to hiring an event photographer covers the questions worth asking before you book anyone.
What we photograph
- Arrivals and drinks. Everyone at their best, before the night gets going.
- Teams and groups. Departments, leadership and the new starters, taken quickly so nobody misses the fun.
- Speeches and awards. The thank-yous, the toasts and the winners on stage, with the room's reaction.
- The dance floor. The candid, high-energy photos people share most.
- The venue and the details. Tables, styling and the room at its best, for your events team and the venue.

Christmas party photography questions
How much does a Christmas party photographer cost in London?
Three hours of Christmas party photography costs £495 + VAT, which covers most office parties from arrival drinks through the speeches to the first hour of dancing. Two hours is £395 and four hours is £645. Editing, a private online gallery and insurance are included in every booking.
How many hours of photography do we need?
Three hours suits most parties: start as guests arrive, cover the speeches and any awards, and stay for the start of the dancing, when the best candid photos happen. For a large venue or a few hundred guests, book four hours or add a second photographer.
When do we get the photos?
Your edited photos arrive in a private online gallery within 48 hours, which you can share with everyone who came. If internal comms want something on the night, we can send 15 to 20 edited selects before the party ends, or the full gallery by 9am the next morning.
Can guests take home prints on the night?
Yes. We can add on-site printing so guests leave with a branded print of their photo, or a Polaroid photographer for instant prints with a retro feel. Both run alongside the main photography.
Can you set up a posed photo spot with a Christmas backdrop?
Yes. As well as roaming candid coverage, we can run a posed spot with a Christmas backdrop and props, which is a good way to get a flattering photo of every guest. Mention it when you enquire and we will include it in your quote.
How far ahead should we book a Christmas party photographer?
As soon as you have a date. Late November and December evenings go quickly, especially at the end of the week.
Can we use the photos on social media and internal channels?
Yes. Every booking includes a licence to use the photos on your own website, social media, PR and internal communications.
