For a launch, a stunt or a photocall, we shoot the pictures the picture desks want and send selects the same day, so they can run while the story is fresh.
A photocall of up to 90 minutes is £395 + VAT, selects included.
How we work
Before the event, a short call or a shot list is all we need: the running order, the people who matter and any group photos.
On the day we arrive early, work quietly round the room and bring our own lighting for dark venues. Every booking includes editing, a private online gallery you can share with guests, and public liability insurance.

Event photography questions
How much does an event photographer cost in London?
From £395 + VAT for two hours. We send an exact quote once we know the date, the hours and the running order. Editing, a private online gallery and insurance are included in every booking.
Do you photograph press and PR events?
Yes. A photocall of up to 90 minutes is £395 + VAT, with selects sent to the picture desks the same day. We shoot launches and stunts for PR agencies, brands and events companies.
How quickly do we get the photos?
Your edited gallery arrives within 48 hours as standard. We can also send selects on the night, the full gallery by 9am the next morning, or have an editor on site sending photos as the event runs.
Can you photograph and film the same event?
Yes. One crew can cover both, from one person shooting photos and short highlight reels to a photographer and a videographer with a full highlight film. Photo and video together starts from £950 + VAT.
Who will photograph our event?
Kit or one of our small team. We always tell you who is shooting, by name, before you book.
